Providing Affordable Counseling for Teens, Young Adults, and Adults

Beginning therapy can feel both hopeful and overwhelming. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck, Zoe understands how difficult it can be to reach out for support. She holds deep respect for the courage it takes to take that first step.

Zoe's approach is warm, steady, and collaborative. She believes meaningful healing happens in a space where you feel genuinely safe, seen, heard, and supported. Her goal is to create an environment where you can explore your experiences without judgment, build on your strengths, and move toward the life you want to create. Some of the therapeutic approaches Zoe incorporates include person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.

Zoe believes that while she brings clinical knowledge, compassion, and guidance, you remain the expert on your own life. Therapy is a partnership built side by side, honoring your unique story, strengths, values, and goals. Together, you'll work to better understand challenges, develop practical tools, and create meaningful change.

As a Master of Social Work candidate at Millersville University, Zoe is transitioning into the counseling profession after more than nine years in another career. This path isn't a sudden change, it's a return to a passion that has been part of her life since childhood. Stepping into this work feels deeply aligned with her purpose, and she brings that sense of gratitude, dedication, and authenticity into every session.

It is truly Zoe's honor to be invited into your journey. Whether you're navigating something painful, seeking clarity during a difficult season, managing anxiety or stress, working through relationship concerns, or simply wanting a space to breathe, reflect, and grow, Zoe is here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Therapy sessions are available with Masters Candidate Therapists for a rate of $90. Sessions are unable to be billed to health insurance.
