Sometimes life feels like too much.
You may find yourself constantly worrying, emotionally drained, struggling to keep up with everyone's expectations, or wondering why you no longer feel like yourself. Maybe you're navigating a major life transition, grieving someone or something you've lost, feeling stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, or carrying the weight of difficult experiences that still affect you today. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don't have to figure it out alone.
Lillie works with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, grief and loss, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. She has a special interest in supporting individuals who feel disconnected from themselves, struggle with emotional regulation or healthy boundaries, or are searching for a greater sense of confidence, balance, and purpose.
Lillie believes healing happens through authentic connection. She is committed to creating a space where you feel genuinely heard, accepted, and supported without judgment. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, allowing you to move at a pace that feels safe while exploring the experiences that have shaped you.
Using evidence-informed therapeutic approaches, Lillie helps clients better understand themselves, strengthen coping skills, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're seeking therapy for anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, or simply want to feel more like yourself again, she is honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
Therapy sessions are available with Masters Candidate Therapists for a rate of $90. Sessions are unable to be billed to health insurance.
