Kirsten Smith, LPC

Clinical Supervisor

Kirsten is committed to delivering a clinically comprehensive internship program that prepares students for professional practice. Kirsten emphasizes reflective practice, consistent feedback, and skills-building to ensure interns complete the program confident and career ready.

Intern’s clinical work will be supervised and mentored by a cohesive team of our senior licensed therapists, including:

Kirsten Smith, LPC

Ambur Gregorio, LCSW

Susannah Moore, LSW

Jennifer Bennethum, LCSW

Please note that we are a trauma-focused therapy practice, and due to the depth and complexity of the work we provide, we prioritize consistency and continuity of care for our clients. We also make a significant investment in training and preparing our interns to work effectively with this specialized population.

For these reasons, we ask that interns commit to completing two consecutive semesters exclusively with our practice to support both client continuity and a meaningful training experience.
