Anger Management Group and

Individual Counseling

Helping you calm the mind, process strong feelings, and reclaim your control.

You are not broken. Your nervous system is trying to protect you.

What others often don’t see is that your anger didn’t come out of nowhere.

Anger is often the surface emotion — underneath it might be overwhelm, hurt, fear, exhaustion, or years of having to hold everything together. For many people, anger shows up when their system has learned that it’s the fastest way to feel safe, heard, or in control.

That doesn’t make you a bad person.
It means your nervous system has been working overtime.

When anger starts to feel out of control

You might recognize yourself in some of these experiences:

  • You go from calm to explosive faster than you want to

  • Small things feel disproportionately irritating or infuriating

  • You feel flooded with guilt or shame after outbursts

  • Anger shows up most with the people you love the most

  • You’ve tried “breathing,” “counting to ten,” or just pushing it down — and it doesn’t last

  • You worry your anger is hurting your relationships, your kids, or yourself.

Often, people don’t seek anger management therapy because they want to change who they are, they come because they’re tired of feeling out of control in moments that matter.
