MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST

Ambur Gregorio, LCSW

When we walk through life with unresolved trauma, it infiltrates our relationships with both ourselves and other people. I help my clients to calm their nervous systems, experience more peace and joy, and conquer difficult life experiences. My clients complete treatment when they feel confident and connected with their authentic selves.

I use an integrative approach to therapy, specifically including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems informed, Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered, and Strengths based modalities to help my clients achieve genuine healing.

While attachment trauma is my specialty, I also work well with clients working to navigate ADHD, codependency, and relationship difficulties.

Trained in EMDR trauma therapy

Licensed in Maine, Florida, and Pennsylvania.

Susannah Moore, LSW

I absolutely love working with teens and young adults. I use a trauma informed and collaborative approach, creating a safe space for my clients to feel seen, heard, and understood. I have insight into the struggles that teens and young adults are facing from my years of working with students in the school setting. I offer a calming and empathic space, creating an environment that allows my clients to feel grounded and safe.

I integrate body movement and breathing exercises into sessions as needed, to incorporate the mind-body connection into the trauma healing process.

I have experience with many modalities- my favorites including DBT, ACT, Mindfulness-Based Play-Family Therapy, Movement Based therapy. I studied both Psychology and Dance in college, contributing to my philosophy that mind-body connection is at the core of our mental wellbeing.

MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST

Heather Lutz-Neff, LSW

I have come to understand that trauma and suffering are sometimes inevitable, but this does not mean that we must endure pain alone. Through a safe, trusting, and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship, we can navigate to overcome life’s difficulties. Whether grief has recently stricken, others have hurt you, or you feel drowned by anxious thoughts, I believe in the power of hope and restoration.

As a mental health professional, I take a biopsychosocial approach so clients can discover peace and enrichment. I enjoy using different modalities such as, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and internal family systems so clients can become aligned with their genuine self again.

I am particularly passionate about working with those experiencing grief, those with dysfunctional relationships with substances, and survivors of childhood sexual abuse. I also have experience in working with domestic violence and intimate partner violence.
