Rowan Neuville, LSW

Life can feel heavy when you’re carrying relationship stress, big life changes, identity questions, or emotions you’ve never quite had space to sort through. Maybe you’re feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns, struggling to communicate, or wondering why relationships feel so hard. Rowan shows up with a calm, grounding presence so that therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and start moving toward something different.

Rowan believes that good therapy starts with a strong relationship. Feeling safe, understood, and genuinely known matters. He takes a relational, honest, and compassionate approach—creating a space where clients can show up fully, feel heard, and know their experiences matter. At times, that may also mean being gently challenged in ways that support growth and deeper self-understanding.

Rowan especially enjoys working with older teens and young adults who are navigating transitions—whether that’s changing relationships, stepping into adulthood, figuring out who they are, or facing uncertainty about what comes next.

He also works with men who may feel disconnected from their emotions, struggle to express vulnerability, or feel weighed down by expectations around masculinity. Rowan helps clients unpack those patterns, build emotional awareness, and learn healthier ways to communicate and connect.

For clients experiencing relationship challenges, Rowan helps build practical skills for communication, boundary-setting, and expressing needs more clearly and authentically, because healthy relationships start with understanding yourself.

Rowan is also a strong ally to the LGBTQ+ community and offers affirming support for clients exploring identity, belonging.

If you’re looking for a therapist who values honesty, connection, and creating a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out, Rowan would be honored to walk alongside you.

Rowan uses his years of clinical experience to help clients that are struggling with addictive behaviors, low self-worth, and relationship difficulties. He uses a variety of trauma informed tools and interventions to help clients genuinely heal from difficult life experiences.
