Rebecca Mohr, LSW

“I’m drawn to this work because I believe people deserve support that many in their lives may not be able to offer. My own experiences with trauma have shaped the way I understand pain, resilience, and the need for a steady, attuned presence. I’m committed to creating a space where people feel guided, supported, and understood, especially when they’ve had to navigate so much on their own. Supporting individuals, parents, and caregivers as they move through their healing is deeply meaningful to me.” - Rebecca Mohr

Mental Health Therapist at Integrate Therapy and Wellness Collective

Rebecca specializes in working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, maternal mental health concerns, parenting challenges, complex trauma (C-PTSD), and medical trauma. She is particularly passionate about supporting mothers and caregivers as they navigate the emotional complexities of pregnancy, postpartum experiences, identity shifts, and the day-to-day realities of parenting.

Rebecca understands how overwhelming it can feel to hold so much while trying to care for others and aims to provide a space where clients can feel supported, understood, and cared for. Her approach is trauma-informed and rooted in somatic awareness, helping clients gently reconnect with their bodies while building emotional regulation and resilience. She is an EMDRIA-approved, EMDR-trained therapist who also incorporates CBT, DBT, and body-based practices to support healing on both cognitive and nervous-system levels.

Her goal is to walk alongside you with curiosity and compassion as you begin to understand your emotional patterns and develop tools for sustainable change. Whether you're moving through a life transition, processing grief, or learning to feel safe in your body again, Rebecca is here to support your journey with presence, warmth, and care.

Outside of the therapy room, she values simplicity, mindfulness, and moments of connection. She believes healing happens not just through insight, but through safe, trusting relationships—and she’s honored to help clients build those within themselves.

Rebecca has practiced as a social worker since 2022 and earned her LSW from the University of Kentucky. She joined the Integrate team in 2024. Her background in nursing laid the foundation for an interest in trauma and how the body holds experience. Over time, her practice has expanded through training in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic-based modalities, enabling her to provide a holistic, integrative approach that supports healing of both mind and body.
