Susannah Moore, LSW

Team Lead Therapist

Susannah specializes in supporting teens and adults as they navigate trauma, explore their identities, and rediscover parts of themselves that may have been overshadowed by life’s challenges. She offers a welcoming, accepting environment for clients to explore their identity, strengths, and the challenges they are facing. Susannah is particularly passionate about working with individuals exploring their sexuality, gender, religion, and neurodiversity. Trained in EMDR, she integrates IFS parts work, somatic processing, motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based practices into her work. Clients can expect to feel seen and understood with Susannah, and she finds helping clients uncover their true selves and reprocess their trauma to be the most rewarding part of her practice.

Her own experiences in therapy taught her how transformative it can be to have a therapist who walks alongside their client with compassion and care as they unpack and reprocess traumatic memories and relationships. Susannah strives to be that safe, steady presence for her clients.

As a social worker, Susannah is passionate about supporting individuals who are overlooked or underserved by our social, political, and economic systems. She approaches therapy from an anti-racist, feminist, and queer-affirming perspective, tailoring her person-centered approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

Susannah has been a social worker since 2019 and has worked as an outpatient therapist at Integrate since 2023. She is trained in EMDR and IFS parts work, and integrates somatic experience into trauma reprocessing.

“It’s truly the greatest honor to walk alongside someone as they heal from their trauma. I often feel like the luckiest person in the world as I witness people find clarity, peace, and strength from their past. My goal is to create a space, both physically and emotionally, that feels safe and comfortable, allowing you to fully engage in your healing journey.” - Susannah Moore
