Ambur Gregorio, LCSW

Founder and Therapist at Integrate Therapy & Wellness Collective

Ambur is equally passionate about leadership and business as she is about therapy. Creating Integrate Therapy & Wellness Collective stands as one of the greatest honors of her life. She believes that when therapists feel supported, inspired, and aligned with their work, they can show up more fully for their clients—and that ripple effect is powerful.

At its core, Ambur sees therapy as creating a safe, compassionate space for exploration, healing, and growth. Her approach is rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and a deep belief in each person’s capacity to heal. She specializes in working with adults who struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, codependency, and ADHD, helping them rewrite internal narratives that keep them stuck.

Ambur uses EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) because these models align with her view that defense mechanisms are not flaws but strategies developed to protect oneself. Together with clients, she explores those patterns, honors their origins, and finds new ways to move forward that feel more empowering and authentic.

Ambur began her career as a social worker in 2013 and transitioned to clinical practice in 2021. She received her Masters in Social Work from Florida State University. Beyond direct client work, she enjoys mentoring other therapists—providing clinical consultation and helping them navigate the complexities of business ownership.

Whether someone is seeking therapy or consultation, Ambur welcomes connection. She believes healing is a journey, and no one has to do it alone.

Ambur’s passion for therapy is deeply personal. Living with ADHD has given her firsthand insight into navigating a brain that works differently, and that experience drives her commitment to helping others recognize their unique strengths, break free from limiting patterns, and cultivate a life that feels more authentic and connected. She is particularly interested in how past experiences shape present behavior—often in ways that no longer serve—and her work focuses on helping people untangle those patterns to discover new, more aligned ways of being.

Ambur founded Integrate Therapy & Wellness Collective in April 2023 with the vision of creating a space where somatic, holistic, and deeply committed trauma therapists could collaborate and do meaningful work. She is grateful to have built a practice that reflects that vision.

Ambur also offers clinical consultation for therapists seeking to deepen their skills and provides business coaching for clinicians interested in starting or growing a group practice. She enjoys supporting fellow therapists in finding their professional flow, building sustainable practices, and leading with authenticity.
