Welcome to Integrate, a mental health therapy + wellness collective.
Experience mental health care that considers all parts of your wellbeing.
You deserve to feel better.
We are a group of licensed mental health professionals who provide holistic trauma therapy, rooted in the awareness that trauma affects your body, and your body affects your mental health. We empower our clients to live well by treating the whole person. Our therapists are professionally trained in EMDR, DBT, Gottman, Parts Work, and Mindfulness, and we all use an integrative, somatic approach to trauma therapy.
Our Values
We use a personalized and unique approach to every client’s treatment, based on what they individually need. We prioritize training and learning so that our therapists can offer valuable, evidence-based care to their clients. We believe all humans hold immeasurable worth and deserve access to quality mental health treatment. We are intentional to carry ourselves with authenticity, integrity, warmth, transparency, and work diligently to support our clients in their journey of healing, constantly supporting them in their movement towards wholeness.

"Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a valuable mental health service in the area. I've been a client for over a year and a half and have been provided day to day resourcing and empowerment as well as deeply enriching trauma work. I have such confidence in my care and that feels really important to me here."
