Kim Cinko, LSW
Kim Cinko, LSW, is committed to helping adults move through depression, anxiety, and trauma with compassion and clarity.
She creates a space where clients feel genuinely seen and supported. She brings valuable experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, helping them navigate unique challenges and build confidence in their personal journeys.
Kim's work is grounded in the belief that every person carries an innate capacity for healing, even when life feels overwhelming or disconnected.
Kim’s therapeutic approach is integrative and relational. Drawing from a humanistic foundation, she emphasizes authenticity, presence, and the unique strengths each client brings into the room. She incorporates parts work to help clients understand and harmonize different aspects of themselves, and she brings her training in the Gottman Method to support couples in building healthier, more resilient relationships.
As an EMDR trained therapist, she also offers evidence‑based trauma treatment aimed at restoring a sense of safety and empowerment.
Her style is shaped by empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for human resilience. Kim works collaboratively, helping clients explore their inner world, challenge old patterns, and reconnect with meaning and possibility. She values the therapeutic relationship as a space where people can experiment with new ways of being and experience genuine connection.
Kim earned her MSW from Temple University, where she focused on trauma‑informed care and the intersections of mental health, identity, and community. A therapist with Integrate since September 2024, she continues to pursue ongoing training to expand her skills and stay aligned with the most evidence based therapeutic practices.
Outside of her clinical work, Kim finds joy in the natural world and creative expression. She spends her free time hiking, birding, knitting, cooking, gardening, and exploring various artistic pursuits — activities that help her stay grounded, inspired, and connected to the world around her.
