Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy Candidate
December 2026
I’m thrilled to begin seeing clients at Integrate as I finish my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
I believe that anyone can grow into a healthier, happier, & more hopeful versions of themselves when they have a safe space to process pain, recognize unhelpful patterns, & build self-trust.
My goal is to create a warm, down-to-earth space where clients feel seen, supported, & encouraged as they work toward healing and change.
I love blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems- helping clients shift thoughts and behaviors while nurturing compassion for their inner emotional world.
For couples, I use techniques from Gottman Method Couples Therapy to strengthen communication, deepen connection, & support lasting relationship growth.
It’s a privilege to walk alongside individuals, couples, & families as they do the meaningful work of becoming more whole and connected.
