As Operations Manager at Integrate Therapy & Wellness Collective, Melissa “Missy” Ceparano helps keep the many moving pieces behind the scenes running smoothly so our clinicians can focus on what matters most, their clients.

Missy oversees much of Integrate’s day-to-day operations, including billing processes, systems, workflows, and the countless details that help create a seamless experience for both clients and the Integrate team. She has a natural ability to notice where something could work better and turn it into a process that is clearer, simpler, and more sustainable.

Missy’s role is about much more than systems and spreadsheets. She brings warmth, humor, thoughtfulness, and a genuine desire to make people’s lives easier to everything she does. Whether she’s solving a billing issue, improving a process, or helping a team member figure out what comes next, she approaches her work with the same goal: making things feel a little less complicated.
