Alisa Krause:
Client Care Coordinator
Say hello to Alisa Krause, the warm and welcoming voice behind your first connection at Integrate Therapy & Wellness Collective. As our Client Care Coordinator, Alisa is passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and supported from the very beginning of their journey with us. Whether she's helping you get matched with the right therapist, answering your questions with care, or simply offering a calm and compassionate presence, Alisa brings intentionality and empathy to every interaction.
Alisa wears many meaningful hats. She is the Founder and Director of Hope Noted, a mental health and grief support nonprofit based in Lancaster, and serves as an Educator with Mental Health America of Lancaster County, where she speaks on mental wellness and emotional resilience. She’s also the artist and heart behind Hope Noted’s empathy greeting cards—thoughtful designs created to comfort and encourage during life’s hardest seasons.
Originally from Rhode Island, Alisa has made Lancaster home for over a decade. She lives here with her husband Ryan, their joyful daughter Chloe, and a creative spirit that shows up in everything she does. When she’s not supporting clients or community members, you can find her with a paintbrush in hand, grabbing coffee with a friend, chasing toddler giggles at the park, or soaking in beauty on a beach or a wooded trail. She also loves diving into a great novel or getting lost in a feel-good movie.
Alisa is honored to support the Integrate team and looks forward to helping you feel cared for every step of the way.
