Heather Lutz-Neff, LSW
“I knew I needed a career that was deeply meaningful—one that allowed me to help people feel less alone and more understood. Therapy is one of the most fulfilling ways I can spend my life, offering a space for healing, connection, and growth. I love that therapy engages so many different parts of me—my emotional, creative, analytical, spiritual, and even slightly nerdy sides! Every session is an opportunity to bring all of these aspects together to support my clients in their journeys toward healing.” - Heather Lutz-Neff
Therapist at Integrate Therapy & Wellness Collective
Heather welcomes clients with a warm, inviting presence from the moment they enter the space she creates. Heather began working at Integrate in 2023 and her years of experience working in human services shape a steady, compassionate approach to healing.
She cultivates a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can be honest and feel seen. Her warmth makes it easier to share difficult stories, while her clear, direct feedback keeps clients grounded and moving forward. Skilled at gentle challenge, she invites growth, encourages new perspectives, and helps clients practice healthier responses without pushing beyond what feels manageable.
Heather works with individuals and couples seeking wholeness, peace, or deeper connection. She has supported people facing relational trauma, grief, substance use, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, depression, and anger. To foster self-understanding and shift unhelpful patterns, she blends Internal Family Systems (IFS) Parts Work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). When working with couples, she draws on The Gottman Method to strengthen communication, address past hurts, and improve conflict management.
With Heather, clients find a warm, safe space and a therapist who offers honest, compassionate feedback alongside gentle challenges that support real, lasting growth.
