Kiley Timcik, LPC

Mental health therapist at Integrate Therapy and Wellness Collective

“Before becoming a therapist, I worked at Tempo Clubhouse, where I helped individuals build the skills to live independently and succeed in daily life. I then transitioned to Winner’s Circle Center, where I worked with students on social skills, emotional regulation, and academic success, while also providing outpatient therapy. Now, at Integrate Therapy & Wellness Collective, I am honored to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.” - Kiley Timcik

Clients who work with Kiley often report feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, or chronic stress and want both concrete coping strategies and deeper healing. She supports people who are ready to go beyond symptom management to reprocess traumatic memories and reduce the hold those experiences have on current life. Clients who come for relationship or marital difficulties find help with clearer communication, repair work, and improving emotional connection. Kiley also provides a supportive space for individuals exploring gender identity or sexual orientation—whether processing identity questions, planning coming out, or navigating relationship impacts.

Kiley is a compassionate, EMDR-trained therapist who helps clients move from feeling stuck by addressing the underlying memories and beliefs that keep painful patterns alive. She combines training in evidence-based trauma work with years of experience in community mental health and alternative education to offer therapy that is collaborative, individualized, and focused on practical change. Kiley values an empathic, nonjudgmental stance and creates a safe space where clients can explore painful material while learning tools that make day-to-day life more manageable.

Kiley works well with adults with ADHD who want psychoeducation, practical organizational and self-regulation strategies, and help building routines and systems that fit their life. She also supports people managing mood, personality, or neurodiverse presentations by integrating symptom management with exploration of the deeper patterns and beliefs that maintain distress. Her background in community settings informs an accessible, strengths-based approach that meets people where they are.

Therapy with Kiley is a partnership: she listens closely, tailors interventions to client’s needs, and moves at a pace that feels safe and effective for each client. Kiley received her master’s degree from Millersville University. She joined the integrate team in 2024.
