Jensen Stanislaus, LSW

Therapist at Integrate Therapy & Wellness Collective

Jensen brings a bright, compassionate energy and a steady presence to her work, meeting clients where they are in the complexity of difficult life situations. She began providing talk therapy during a graduate school internship from 2022–2023, working under supervision for an academic year. Since August 2023, she has practiced as a full‑time clinician.

Clients who see Jensen are often searching for eating disorder treatment, as well as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship/interpersonal therapy. While she primarily works with adults, Jensen has experience supporting clients ages 14 to 65. Jensen is passionate about destigmatizing therapy and walks alongside her clients in their unique healing journey.

Jensen’s approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She also integrates elements of Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion‑Focused Therapy (EFT), and Motivational Interviewing to provide a tailored, flexible treatment experience that honors each client’s goals and strengths.

Jensen received her Masters in Social Work from University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is a licensed Social Worker pursuing clinical licensure. She has received training in CBT, eating disorder treatment, IFS, and ERP. Jensen was nominated and recognized as a Therapist Honoree from the Hope Noted Appreciation Project

A quote from Jensen: “I initially stepped into the field of eating disorder treatment by chance, but I quickly realized how much I enjoyed the work. It has challenged me, helped me grow as a clinician, and provided me with valuable, transferable skills for working with clients facing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related diagnoses. Through both personal experiences and the experiences of family and friends, I’ve seen firsthand the transformative impact of therapy—especially when addressing trauma. Having personally benefited from talk therapy and CBT for anxiety, I know the power of having the right tools and support, and I’m passionate about helping others access that same level of care.”
