Meet Our Therapist: Kirsten Smith, LPC, NCC

Clinical Supervisor, Therapist

Therapist at Integrate Therapy & Wellness Collective

Kirsten uses an eclectic, client-centered approach to help people navigate life challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, tailoring each session to the unique needs and pace of the individual. She integrates evidence-based methods including DBT, EMDR, ERP, IFS parts work, CBT and somatic experiencing to create a thoughtful, adaptable treatment plan that addresses both symptoms and underlying patterns.

As someone who is deeply committed to their own healing journey and believe that personal growth is a lifelong process Kirsten approaches therapy not just as a practitioner but as someone who understands the courage it takes to do this work. She strives to create an open and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to take meaningful steps toward healing.

Clients who work with Kirsten often come with histories of childhood trauma, frequent panic attacks, difficult life transitions, or struggles making lasting behavioral changes; she offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where those experiences can be understood, healed, and transformed into sustainable growth.

Kirsten received her master’s degree from Immaculata University and began working as a therapist in 2020. She joined the Integrate team in 2024.

A quote from Kirsten: “Therapy is a journey, and I am honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate healing, self-discovery, and growth. No matter where you are in your journey, I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.”
