Erin Cullen, LCSW

Erin brings a caring and relational approach to therapy, guiding families, adults, and teens toward greater self-understanding and meaningful change. She believes the therapeutic relationship itself is a powerful tool for growth and healing. With compassion and insight, she supports clients navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, depression, anxiety, and struggles with body image and food.

Her work is trauma-informed and person-centered, with a strong focus on helping clients discover and build on their strengths. Erin is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrates a variety of approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment-Based Family Therapy, and mindfulness practices.

In therapy, Erin provides a safe and authentic space where clients can move at a pace that feels right for them. She walks alongside each person as they explore their experiences, uncover inner resources, and take steps toward meaningful change. Her goal is to help clients cultivate a stronger sense of self, resilience, and well-being.
